Pakistan Emerging Leadership Initiative

Pakistan Emerging Leaders Initiative, implemented by Accountability Lab in partnership with Atlas Corps and CaterpillHERs, aims to empower rising young leaders to play a more effective role in social development. The initiative directly engages dynamic individuals from specific universities and madrassas, including young female leaders and entrepreneurs, through a comprehensive year-long program consisting of training workshops focused on leadership, conflict management and mitigation, diversity, social inclusion, civic education, community resilience, and development. The second phase involves participants applying their learnings through implementing Social Action Plans (SAPs) within their communities. The overall project aims to sensitize vulnerable communities, inspiring positive change and community resilience.
